MThe I-270 and Page Avenue/Route 364 interchange project received the 2012 Honor Award from the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of Missouri. The award was presented to URS Corporation.
The Marine Avenue bridge project was honored with the 2011 Award of Excellence in the Transportation category by the Great Plains chapter of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI).

The St. Louis chapter of Women in Transportation awarded it's 2010 Innovative Transportation Solutions for the Dorsett diverging diamond interchange.

St. Louis' first diverging diamond interchange (DDI) opened to traffic on Sunday, October 17, 2010.
Since the opening, MoDOT has noticed the success of the DDI in easing congestion and handling the traffic flow.
Traffic exiting the interstate at Dorsett may turn right on red at the bottom of the ramps after stopping and yielding to oncoming traffic. Motorists need to anticipate traffic from the proper oncoming roadway. Drivers cannot turn left on red; it is illegal in Missouri.
The interchange was converted to a DDI in October 2010, and the project was completed by the summer of 2011.

Construction on the new northbound I-270 ramp to westbound Page Avenue (Route 364) began in early 2010. The project was completed by the fall of 2011.
